Hose Tec is a diversified manufacturer of thermoplastic Hose and Tubing products featuring leading edge technology.
Providing quality industrial hoses and accessories since 1984.
Job Duties:
Assist customers that call in and make follow up sales calls Enter all Purchase Orders that come in Verify invoices and enter all information into the system.
Print our and mail invoices, match up purchase orders to the invoice and file appropriately Enter export orders and complete all paperwork needed for shipment.
Handle all correspondence with customers.
Fill out appropriate customer product complaints when applicable Process customer returns and complete appropriate paperwork Enter and keep track of all credits Handle all technical requests made by customers for new products, fill out appropriate paperwork and forward to the factory Type up quotes and distribute to mail, fax or email to customers.
Enter pricing into system Verify all freight bills that come in Trach shipments daily for large customers with the Shipment Tracking spreadsheet Responsible for all office FedEx shipments Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with general Accounting
Essential Functions:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, journals, technical procedures and government regulations Ability to write reports Ability to effectively present information Ability to work with mathematical concepts Ability to solve practical problems #Crawfordsville.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
